Lite and Grafta are a single payment and then they're yours to keep using, with no monthly fee and no account. Pro, when it launches, is a yearly plan because it runs online and files your tax, but the one-off editions aren't going anywhere.
No. Grafta writes the message and hands it to your own WhatsApp, Messages or email app to send from your phone. There are no per-message fees and no paid add-on, however many quotes, invoices and reminders you send.
On your own phone and computer. Grafta has no server and no account, so your customers, quotes, invoices and expenses stay with you and are never uploaded, unless you send something yourself.
The download includes a phone version. You put it online once for free with a web host like Netlify (the guide walks you through it with QR codes), then add it to your home screen. After that it opens like any app and works without signal.
Yes. Add your VAT number and rate and it's applied to quotes and invoices and split out in your reports, which run to the UK tax year. Grafta is not HMRC-recognised and doesn't file returns; Pro will add Making Tax Digital filing for when that becomes mandatory.

Grafta is software you buy and run on your own device. The app has no account and no server, so your customers, quotes, invoices, expenses and receipt photos stay on your device and are never sent to us.
If you use the contact form or join the Pro waitlist on this website, we collect the name and email you enter and use them only to reply to you or to tell you when Pro launches. We never sell or share them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing hello@grafta.pro.
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Form submissions are handled for us by our website host, Netlify.
Buying Grafta gives you a licence to use it in one business, yours. You can install it on your own phones, tablets and computers and keep backups.
You may not share, resell, rebrand, decode or copy the app, its files, code or design, in whole or in part, and you may not remove its notices or identifying marks. Each copy carries marks that trace it back to its source.
Grafta is provided as it is. Please keep regular backups and check your figures before sending them to HMRC or your accountant. Grafta is not HMRC-recognised software and does not file tax returns; it keeps your records tidy for you or your accountant. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
